Here, the Chardluur Forest is giving way to a vast expanse of sand. Where the trees and vegetation still remain, they are sick and dying. One tree in the southern area of this map has been meted down to a polished stump. The five other trees are still standing, though their foliage is mostly gone, and several branches appear to have vanished.
